About the role:
We are looking for an Enrolled Nurse to join the team at Southern Cross Rotorua Hospital.
This is a part time role, 0.6 to 0.8FTE
Southern Cross Hospital Rotorua is a modern surgical hospital serving the local community and the greater Bay of Plenty region. This leading private hospital has been providing quality, professional care since 1987, when it opened as New Zealand's first purpose built short stay surgical hospital. Our hospital employs a caring, experienced staffing unit of around 90, providing services and excellent post-operative care to across a range of surgical specialties.
To be successful you will need:
- To have a current Practicing Certificate
- Experience working in a surgical or medical setting is preferred but not necessary
- Provide patient centered care, rehabilitation and support to independence for patients
- A team player with good organizational ability
- A go-getter with excellent communication skills
