Senior EUC Specialist
National Support Office
Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
Are you passionate about creating seamless digital experiences that empower people to do their best work? Do you thrive on solving complex technical challenges and leading innovation in end-user computing? If so, we want you on our team! The Senior End User Computing (EUC) Specialist is a key technical leader within the Digital Services team, providing both expertise and guidance across all end user computing platforms and enterprise technologies. This role ensures high levels of performance, security, and scalability across systems while maintaining a seamless and reliable user experience. Acting as a subject matter expert, the Senior EUC Specialist leads Level 2 technical support, manages incidents and service requests, and drives continuous improvement initiatives within the digital environment.
In addition to providing exceptional technical support and customer service, the Senior EUC Specialist contributes to lifecycle management, hardware and software procurement, and the delivery of EUC-related projects. The role involves hands-on work such as device deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting, as well as collaborating with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues. The Senior EUC Specialist also maintains accurate documentation, supports knowledge sharing, and ensures ITIL-aligned best practices are followed across support and project activities.
A strong customer focus is essential, with the Senior EUC Specialist expected to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. By combining deep technical knowledge with an understanding of the organisation’s business needs, this role helps deliver modern, efficient, and secure workplace technologies that empower staff and enhance operational performance. This is a full-time permanent position based in our National Support Office.
