Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
As our Finance Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of keeping our financial operations running smoothly, owning both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable across Xero and Gensolve. You’ll manage ACC/TPA schedule sending, remittance capturing and invoicing, ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers and providers, and play a key support role in month-end processes and monthly Excel reconciliations. Alongside this, you’ll be the go-to for managing our finance inboxes, juggling ad-hoc requests with confidence and pace, and bringing energy, accuracy and a strong sense of ownership to a fast-moving finance team. This is a full-time permanent position based in our Head Office in Auckland CBD.

- A proven ability to process and manage supplier and provider payments with precision, accuracy and timeliness
- Confidence owning shared finance inboxes, responding to queries professionally and keeping things moving
- Strong communication skills, with the judgement to engage clearly, discreetly and confidently with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- A sharp eye for detail and a natural love of accuracy, organisation and getting things right the first time
- Comfort building effective working relationships with external suppliers and debtors
- The ability to juggle ad-hoc finance tasks, prioritise competing deadlines and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Experience across Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions (highly regarded)
- Hands-on experience with ACC remittance capturing and reconciliations (an advantage)
