About the role
We are looking for experienced Registered or Enrolled Theatre Nurses to join our busy and friendly team and can offer either part time or full-time contracts.
We operate Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays by negotiation (excellent remuneration).
We currently have 7 operating theatres and accommodate: neuro, ENT, spine, general, gynae, ORL, urology, opthalmics and orthopaedics - which accounts for approximately 50% of our workload. Our case mix is varied and challenging - in a good way.
We are a friendly, supportive, and inclusive team and our service is increasing, so we need some new teammates.
To be successful you will need:
- Current registration with the NZNC
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for theatre nursing and patient advocacy
- The desire to be part of a hardworking and high functioning team
