Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

We are seeking a Household Services Supervisor to compliment our exceptional Household Services Team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of our household service delivery, mentor our household service team, uphold quality standards, and collaborate with internal and external customers. Your focus will be on ensuring exceptional household experiences for patients and guests while maintaining efficiency and safety. This is a full-time salaried position working Monday to Friday, with flex required to cover our 7 days a week business needs.   • Commercial cleaning experience within in a hospital environment
  • Ability to lead a team
  • High level of focus on customer service
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to role model a positive and friendly manner
  • Experience using commercial cleaning equipment
  • Understanding of Chemical safety - MSD Sheets
  • Understanding of IPC protocols
