National Facilities Coordinator
Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
The purpose of this role is to assist the National Operations Manager in providing support for our hospital Facilities Managers in the planning and delivery of R&M, and to undertake approved property projects in our existing hospitals.
This role involves assisting in the planning, scheduling, and execution of National Property Operations and Facilities projects. You will also be responsible for assisting in the development of a National Asset Management System, as well as assisting in ensuring hospital regulatory testing, inspections and compliance is maintained.
Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in building services
- Previous experience in managing Mechanical, Fire, Plumbing or Electrical
- Knowledge of building and services sector
- Knowledge of NZ Building Code and NZ Standards
- Certificate or greater level qualification in Facilities management, Building Services or Trade Certificate or similar
- Knowledge of BWOF, health, safety, and environmental regulations related to building services
- Knowledge of Excel, Power BI and API’s, as well as CAFM and BMS systems is desirable
