Supply Chain Coordinator
Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Supply Chain Coordinator to join the team at our Christchurch Hospital. If you have strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude, this could be the role for you. You will be responsible for a range of tasks that ensure our hospital runs smoothly and effectively.
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be the vital link between our supply chain and the wider hospital, particularly focusing on operating theatres and master data management. Your responsibilities will include maintaining stock levels in the theatre complex, processing orders accurately and promptly, and assisting with the receipting, processing, and delivery of pharmaceutical and medical supplies.

This hands-on role requires effective communication skills and a positive attitude. In this role you will be on the move for parts of the day, and no two days will look the same. You’ll be working with a fantastic team that is committed to continuous improvement across the business and supply chain.
Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supply chain/inventory management role
- Proficient in MS Office and experience with ERP
- Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Self-motivated, dependable, and well organised
- Demonstrated experience of building strong relationships and customer service with both internal and external parties
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Background in healthcare would be an advantage
