Talent Acquisition Advisor (Two roles available)
Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
Join a values-led healthcare organisation reimagining recruitment in New Zealand. As our Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll take the lead in delivering end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of clinical and non-clinical roles, ensuring Southern Cross Healthcare (SCHL) attracts, engages, and secures the best people in the market. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and leaders to shape recruitment strategies, from crafting compelling job adverts and sourcing top talent through to co-ordinating or running interviews through to offer. You’ll bring market insights, creativity, and a deep understanding of what great talent looks like — all while ensuring every interaction reflects SCHL’s values and commitment to excellence.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of your portfolio and act as a trusted advisor to the business. You’ll design sourcing campaigns for hard-to-fill roles, engage passive candidates through job boards and professional networks, and represent SCHL at careers events and industry forums to build visibility and future pipelines. With a focus on continuous improvement, you’ll refine our processes, champion our employment brand, and use data and technology to deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience - every time.
We have two full time permanent roles based in our National Support Office in the CBD.
