Administration Support
Southern Cross Wellington Specialist Centre
Our purpose-built Specialist Centre offers a wide range of consultations and day procedures in a modern, supportive environment. Patients are seen by referral and can expect personalised care with convenient access to services such as casting, minor procedures, and infusions.
Our specialists work across orthopaedics, general surgery, pain management, urology, and gynaecology—providing expert care for adults, children, and infants. As part of the Southern Cross Wellington campus, we also have access to physiotherapy, medical imaging, and surgical services, ensuring patients receive seamless, end-to-end support throughout their healthcare journey with us.
Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
We have two permanent Administration Support opportunities available at Southern Cross Wellington Specialist Centre, with both full-time and part-time options available. Whether you're looking for your next full-time role or need flexibility to suit your lifestyle, we'd love to hear from you.
Based on Reception, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, visitors, and specialists, and you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience from the moment they arrive or call through to the centre. You'll be part of a friendly and supportive team that works together to keep things running smoothly and ensure our patients receive exceptional service. You'll spend your time welcoming patients, managing face-to-face and telephone enquiries, supporting accurate data entry and assisting with a range of administrative activities across the centre.
It's a busy, fast-paced and rewarding role that would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organised, and being part of a team that makes a real difference every day. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a willingness to jump in and help where needed.
We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available, with rostered shifts between 7:30am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
