Professional Profile
Craig is a UK trained Otolaryngologist, Head and Neck (ORL) surgeon with over fifteen years of experience and advanced training, including a paediatric ORL fellowship at Starship Children’s Hospital, Auckland.
He graduated from the University of Edinburgh Medical School, Scotland in 2009 and completed post-graduate specialist Ear Nose & Throat (ENT) surgical training in Newcastle, England in 2021. He attained the Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons examination in 2014, followed by success in the specialty Fellowship examination in Otolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery (ORL-HNS) in 2021.
Upon completion of his specialist paediatric ORL fellowship at Starship Children’s Hospital he became a consultant paediatric ENT specialist, based at Starship Children’s Hospital. There, his subspeciality interests include paediatric airway compromise, sleep disordered breathing and paediatric head and neck masses. He has a strong interest in medical education, is actively involved in the training and supervision of both medical students and junior doctors and is the Starship paediatric ORL Fellowship co-director. Craig is also in private practice, consulting at ENT Associates in Remuera.
