Southern Cross North Harbour Hospital is the only private surgical in-patient hospital on the Auckland’s North Shore. North Harbour Hospital has 8 Operating Rooms, a 14 bed Post Anaesthetic Care Unit, a modern well-equipped day stay facility unit and a 70 bed ward which includes a 4 bed intermediate care facility (ICF).  

Surgical specialities include General Surgery, Gynaecology, Oral & Maxillofacial surgery, Urology, Orthopaedic surgery, Plastic and Reconstructive surgery, Urology, Otolaryngology and Robotic Surgery.   

In addition to the hospital, the broader North Shore campus is also home to a purpose-built endoscopy suite, on-site cardiology services, cancer care, pharmacy, sports medicine, radiology and more. 

Mō te Tūranga | About the Role  

We are looking for a Receptionist at our North Harbour Hospital – this role will work 40 hours across a 6 day roster. You will be working with an experienced management team and as such we require a ‘positive, can-do attitude', being adaptable and responsive to the changing needs of the business, as well as having excellent communication skills. The successful candidate must be able to work shifts anywhere between 6:15am and 7:30pm and be available for some Saturday work.
