Southern Cross North Harbour Hospital is the only private surgical in-patient hospital on the Auckland’s North Shore. North Harbour Hospital has 8 Operating Rooms, a 14 bed Post Anaesthetic Care Unit, a modern well-equipped day stay facility unit and a 70-bed ward which includes a 4 bed intermediate care facility (ICF). 

Surgical specialities include General Surgery, Gynaecology, Oral & Maxillofacial surgery, Urology, Orthopaedic surgery, Plastic and Reconstructive surgery, Urology, Otolaryngology and Robotic Surgery.  

In addition to the hospital, the broader North Shore campus is also home to a purpose-built endoscopy suite, on-site cardiology services, cancer care, pharmacy, sports medicine, radiology and more.

Southern Cross’ North Harbour Hospital is looking for an experienced Ward Clerk to join their fun, dynamic and professional team. North Harbour offers a wide range of surgical services and post-operative care to around 6,500 patients each year.

We have a Ward Clerk position available – Full time position working 40 hours Monday-Thursday (4x 10hr days). You will be working with an experienced management team and as such we require a ‘positive, can-do attitude', being adaptable and responsive to the changing needs of the business, as well as having excellent communication skills.
