Dr Rachel Price

Rachel is a New Zealand trained and qualified orthopaedic surgeon specialising in upper limb surgery with a special interest in arthroscopic shoulder surgery and shoulder arthroplasty. 

A graduate of Otago Medical School she completed her orthopaedic training throughout central New Zealand, finishing her final years in Wellington.

After advanced surgical training she completed the Upper Limb Fellowship in Wellington, before becoming a fellow of the Brisbane Shoulder fellowship concentrating on advanced arthroscopic surgery and complex shoulder arthroplasty.

Rachel practices publicly at Capital and Coast Wellington Hospital and privately consults at Wellington Orthopaedic and Sports Surgeons, operating out of Bowen and Southern Cross hospitals.

She consults and operates on all aspects of upper limb, predominantly the shoulder but including elbow wrist and hand.
