Professional Profile
I am a New Zealand trained generalist Gynaecologist, managing a wide range of women’s health issues. During my advanced training I developed a special interest in pelvic floor disorders, pelvic floor surgery and pelvic pain. I am passionate about providing a comfortable and compassionate environment for women to discuss their health concerns and keep women well informed about their choices.
Originally from Finland, I moved to New Zealand in 2008 and am now a proud Kiwi. After initially pursuing a career in general surgery I became increasingly interested in women’s health, and subsequently trained as an obstetrician and gynaecologist.
